Service Description
This 8-week Scrum Master career coaching program is designed for career changers and aspiring Agile professionals seeking structure, clarity, and confidence. Week 1 focuses on defining your ideal Scrum Master role, including industry, location, and salary goals. You’ll assess strengths, identify gaps, revisit Agile/Scrum basics, and begin mindset coaching. Homework includes a self-assessment and setting up a development tracker. Week 2 is all about aligning your CV with Scrum roles. In a 1:1 session, you’ll highlight transferable skills, tailor your CV to job descriptions, and learn a targeted job search strategy. Homework: finalise your CV and apply to 3–5 roles. Week 3 shifts to LinkedIn branding. You'll rewrite your headline, summary, and experience sections to attract recruiters. You'll also create a short cover letter template. Homework: connect with 3 Agile recruiters or hiring managers. Week 4 involves building a simple Scrum Master portfolio to showcase your knowledge, including retrospectives, coaching examples, and ceremony plans. You’ll explore ways to demonstrate thought leadership via LinkedIn. Week 5 focuses on interview prep: learning the STAR method, answering Agile and competency questions, and reframing your non-Agile experience. Homework: record answers to 5 common Scrum Master questions. Week 6 includes a 1:1 mock interview to build confidence and tackle scenario-based and values-based questions. You’ll receive feedback and prep for real interviews. Week 7 puts your skills into action through job application reviews and recruiter role-play. You’ll learn how to decode job descriptions and apply to 5+ live roles. Week 8 is about long-term strategy. You’ll review your journey, create a 30-60-90 day plan, and get final guidance on interviews and career growth. Ongoing support includes weekly mentoring, messaging access, accountability check-ins, and templates for CVs, cover letters, interviews, and Agile tools.
